Nufarm Introduces New Signal™, Signal M and Signal D herbicides
|
“With the introduction of our new Signal, Signal M and Signal D herbicides we now have one of the broadest wild oat / broadleaf herbicide product offerings for farmers in Western Canada," comments Grant Deveson, Nufarm's Calgary based Commercial Manager. "All three new herbicides provide customer with greater choices to control wild oats and millet in wheat".
New Signal contains the active ingredient clodinafop, which is used on more wheat acres across Western Canada than any other grass herbicide. Signal M is a convenient co-pack of clodinafop plus Nufarm's Mextrol® broadleaf herbicide that provides outstanding grass, wild buckwheat and broadleaf control. Signal D contains clodinafop plus Nufarm's Approve® broadleaf herbicide in a convienent co-pack for broad spectrum grass and broadleaf control and also provides proven control of kochia. Signal M and Signal D are available in both 20 acre cases and 400 acre bulk packs, while Signal is available in a 40 acre case.
"All three formulations of Signal provide superior wild oat and wild millet control, plus the co-packs Signal D and Signal M provide outstanding broadleaf weed performance, excellent crop safety, ease of use and a wide window of applicaaion," comment Deveson.
The new products are registered for spring wheat and durum crops. As with all Nufarm herbicide products new Signal, Signal M and Signal D are fully serviced, and designed to provide value to the grower.
